About MyStage Build-Out Fund

Marquee Youth Stage (MyStage) is reaching out to you at a pivotal time in our community.  As of May 31st of this year, MyStage has moved to its interim space in Gallery Hall at the Pheasant Run Resort as we search for what we hope will be our "forever home".  This move would not have been possible without the support of our cast families; many hands were on deck to transport our studio set which was hauled in a 53 foot  truck generously donated by the Moore family and AIT Logistics. In light of the sudden news of having to find a new home for MyStage, our supportive community has come together to inspire us to continue and build on our mission by mobilizing and expanding our platform.  We hope that we can band together as a community to make a lasting difference in youth and the arts

MyStage, a 501(c)3 arts organization has produced hundreds of plays, musicals, improv shows,  performing arts classes and workshops in the Fox Valley area since 2011. What began as a cast of 51 performers has grown to thousands of performers and a supportive arts community that have come to call MyStage their “second home”.  It is our mission to broaden the reach and impact of theatre so that students of all abilities, ethnicities, skills and economic backgrounds may benefit, thereby increasing performing arts opportunities in order to inspire creativity, support, enrich and empower youth with the skills and knowledge of how the arts can serve and influence the community at large.

Much planning is currently underway, and MyStage is excited to embark on the opportunity to make an even deeper impact by creating a music and performing arts academy and stage for youth.

Our current strategic plan involves 3 key phases of development and the timing is critical to how quickly we reach our fundraising goals:

Phase I:   Move to new space with 100 seat black-box theatre (estimated cost of $35,000 by Oct. 2017)

Phase II:  Expand new space to include a 200 seat theatre (estimated cost of $65,000)

Phase III: Expanded programming and operational sustainability

Your donation(s) are vital to the continued growth of MyStage. We welcome gifts of any size and encourage donors to give in the way that feels most meaningful to them.

Through a one-time or recurring annual gift, businesses, individuals and family members can support our core values and make a lasting difference through the ISEE MyStage Fund to build a new home studio. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which means your gift is fully tax deductible. If you'd like to maximize your donation, please check with your company to see if they participate in employee matching gifts.
